See Some Of Our Transformations

Missing teeth can affect more than just your smile; they can also impact your ability to eat, speak, and feel confident. At Tsawwassen Orthodontics & Periodontics, we provide advanced dental implants in Delta to help restore both function and appearance.

What Are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are permanent, natural-looking replacements for missing teeth. Made of medical-grade titanium, implants are inserted into the jawbone to act as artificial roots.

Once healed, they are topped with a custom crown that mimics the shape and function of your natural tooth. Whether you’re missing one tooth or several, dental implants provide a stable, long-term solution that looks, feels, and functions like your own teeth.

How Do Dental Implants Work?

Your implant journey at Tsawwassen Orthodontics & Periodontics begins with a free consultation, where your goals and oral health are carefully assessed. If you’re a good candidate, our team will create a customized treatment plan using detailed imaging and diagnostics.

The procedure involves placing a small, medical-grade titanium post into your jawbone where the tooth is missing. Over the next few months, your bone naturally fuses with the implant in a process called osseointegration, creating a stable base for your new tooth.

Once healing is complete, a custom-made crown is securely attached, restoring both function and appearance. The result is a strong, natural-looking tooth replacement that can last for decades, with transparent pricing every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Orthodontic Questions

How long do dental implants last?

With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, dental implants can last 20 years or more, often a lifetime.

Is the dental procedure painful?

Most patients experience minimal discomfort, especially with sedation options. Many say it's easier than a tooth extraction.

Do I need a referral to get dental implants at Tsawwassen Orthodontics & Periodontics?

No referral is needed. You can book your free consultation directly online or by phone.

How much do dental implants cost?

We offer dental implants starting at $2400, with clear, transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

Are consultations really free?

Yes. All consultations at our Tsawwassen dental clinic are free, with no pressure or obligation.

Am I a candidate for dental implants?

If you have healthy gums and enough jawbone density, you’re likely a good candidate. Our team will assess your suitability during the initial visit.

How long does the full process take?

The timeline varies by case, but from placement to final crown, most treatments take about 3 to 6 months.

Are dental implants better than dentures?

For many patients, yes. Implants are fixed, more comfortable, and help preserve the jawbone, unlike removable dentures.

Where are you located?

Our main clinic is at 1512 56 St, Delta, BC, and we’re also attending patients from our pop-up clinic at 5550 12 Ave (until Fall 2025).

Do you offer braces in Delta?

Yes! In addition to dental implants, we offer Invisalign and traditional braces in Delta for children, teens, and adults.
